§1 Acceptance

By browsing terralla.com, you agree to these Terms. By placing an order, creating an account, or submitting a form, you confirm your acceptance more directly.

If you are under 18, you may use the website only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website.

§2 Products & Pricing

Terralla describes products, materials, colors, availability, and prices with care. Natural materials may vary in tone, texture, and surface.

Prices shown for UAE customers are intended to include UAE VAT at 5% where required and where checkout is enabled. Final taxes, duties, and delivery costs are shown at checkout where available.

Stock is available on a first-confirmed basis. We may change prices or product availability at any time, but price changes do not affect orders already confirmed by Terralla.

§3 Ordering & Payment

Payment methods may include card, Apple Pay, Tabby, and Tamara where available in the relevant market.

An order confirmation means we received your order. It does not mean the order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, fraud risk is detected, pricing is incorrect, delivery is unsupported, or the order breaches these Terms.

We may hold an order for up to 24 hours for anti-fraud review.

§4 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options depend on your market and courier availability.

Draft delivery estimates: UAE express is 1-2 business days after dispatch; other MENA destinations are 3-5 business days after dispatch; global destinations are 7-14 business days after dispatch.

These estimates are not guarantees. Courier delays, customs review, holidays, payment review, or address issues may affect delivery.

§5 Returns & Refunds

Eligible customers may request a return within 14 days where applicable consumer law and Terralla policy allow.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, clean, and with original packaging. Custom, personalized, altered, made-to-order, or final-sale items may be excluded where allowed and clearly stated.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible after item review.

§6 Intellectual Property

Terralla, the Terralla name, logo, website design, product copy, photography, collection names, product names, and brand materials are owned by Terralla or its licensors.

All website content is protected by copyright and related rights. Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, scrape, or use Terralla content commercially.

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other user content, you grant Terralla a limited license to use that content for customer service, website operation, marketing, and brand communication, subject to privacy law and any required permissions.

§7 Disclaimer & Liability

The website is provided on an as is and as available basis. Terralla works to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or availability of every product.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Terralla's liability for a customer order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Terralla is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs delay, payment provider outage, technical failure, natural events, government action, or supplier interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

§8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in Dubai, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Before formal proceedings, the parties should try to resolve disputes in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties may use mediation or proceedings connected with the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts (DIFC Courts) where valid and appropriate. Final wording must be reviewed by counsel before publication.
